These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Desyra mobile application ("Desyra" or the "App"), operated by Pair Of 2 Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. The App
Desyra is an entertainment app for couples. It offers cards with questions, challenges, and experiences, organized into categories of increasing intimacy.
You choose which cards to play and how far to go. Always respect your partner's boundaries and consent. You can skip any card at any time.
The App contains suggestive content and is intended for adults. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App in accordance with applicable laws. You agree not to:
- copy, redistribute, or resell the App's content;
- reverse engineer, tamper with, or bypass the App's purchase or ad mechanisms;
- interfere with the App's services or infrastructure.
3. Accounts
When you first open the App, an anonymous account is created automatically so your progress can be saved.
You may optionally link a Google account to keep your progress across devices and reinstalls. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account.
You can delete a linked account at any time in Settings > Delete account, or by following the steps in our Privacy Policy.
4. Premium and Purchases
Desyra Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks additional content in the App. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
Payments are processed by the app store you use (currently Google Play) under that store's terms. We never handle your payment details.
Premium is tied to your store account and can be restored on a new device with Restore purchases. Refund requests are handled by the app store, according to its policies and applicable consumer protection law.
5. Advertising
Free users may choose to watch rewarded ads to unlock individual Premium cards. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including the cards, text, illustrations, sounds, design, and software, is owned by Pair Of 2 Studio or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for private, non-commercial purposes.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, including analytics, accounts, purchases, and advertising.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Desyra is provided for entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional relationship, medical, or psychological advice.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions or actions users take based on the App's content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
9. Changes to the App and These Terms
We may add, change, or remove features and content. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. If you keep using the App after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
