Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Desyra (the "App"), operated by Pair Of 2 Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect
App identifier (created automatically)
When you open the App for the first time, an anonymous account is created through Firebase Authentication. This assigns a random identifier to your installation so the App can save your progress. It does not include your name or email address.
Card progress
We store the list of cards you have explored and the time of the last update in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore, linked to the identifier above. We do not store the content of your conversations or any personal notes. We only record which cards were opened.
Google account (optional)
You can choose to link a Google account to keep your progress across reinstalls and devices. If you do, we receive your email address, name, and Google account identifier through Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication. We use this only to identify your account and sync your progress. We never post anything on your behalf.
Usage and analytics data
Desyra uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the App is used. It automatically collects information such as app opens, first launch, sessions, screens viewed, engagement time, app updates, and in-app purchase events. It also collects technical information such as device model, operating system, app version, language, an app instance identifier, the device advertising identifier (on Android), and an approximate location (country or region) derived from your IP address.
We also record events about how the App's features are used. Examples include completing onboarding, opening a category, drawing a card, viewing the Premium offer, starting or completing a purchase, watching a rewarded ad, responding to review or account-linking prompts, and changing the language.
We also record a few attributes: whether you have Premium, whether your account is linked to Google, and the App language.
Your Desyra account identifier (the identifier described above) is set as the Analytics user ID. This lets us measure usage consistently for the same account across sessions, reinstalls, and devices. We do not send your name or email address to Google Analytics.
Purchases
When you buy Premium, the app store and RevenueCat process transaction information, such as transaction identifiers, purchase date, and entitlement status. We never receive your payment card details.
Advertising data
If you choose to watch a rewarded ad, Google AdMob may process device information, the advertising identifier, IP address, and ad interaction data.
Data stored only on your device
Some data stays only on your device and is never sent to us. This includes your language, sound, and vibration settings, how many times you have opened the App, local progress, and whether certain prompts were already shown.
2. How We Use Information
- To save, restore, and sync your card progress.
- To provide optional account linking and account deletion.
- To manage Premium access and restore purchases.
- To show rewarded ads to users who choose to watch them.
- To understand how the App is used, measure engagement, and decide which features and content to improve.
- To diagnose technical problems, prevent fraud, and keep the App secure.
- To answer your support and privacy requests.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Legal Bases
Where data protection laws such as Brazil's LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados) or the EU/UK GDPR apply, we process information on the following bases:
- To perform our agreement with you: progress storage, account linking, and Premium access.
- Our legitimate interests: analytics, security, and improving the App.
- Your consent, where the law requires it: for example, for personalized advertising.
- Compliance with legal obligations.
4. Third-Party Services
Desyra relies on the following providers, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Analytics): accounts, cloud storage, and usage measurement. Firebase privacy

- Google Play (and the Apple App Store, if the App becomes available there): distribution, payments, and in-app review prompts.
These providers may process information on servers outside your country, including in the United States. When this happens, it is subject to the safeguards required by applicable law.
5. Advertising
Ads in Desyra are optional. Free users may choose to watch a rewarded ad to unlock a Premium card. Premium users do not see ads. Depending on your region and settings, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.
Consent form. In regions where consent is required, Desyra shows a consent form provided by Google before any ads are loaded. This includes the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. The form lets you choose whether your data may be used for personalized ads. Ads are only loaded once your choice allows it.
You can review or change your choice at any time. Go to Settings > Privacy choices in the App. This option appears in regions where the consent form applies.
You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings. On Android, go to Settings > Google > Ads. You can also manage Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com.
6. Data Retention
- Card progress and account data are kept while your account exists, and are deleted when you delete your account.
- Analytics data is kept according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics, and is then deleted or aggregated.
- Purchase records may be kept by the app store and RevenueCat as required for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
- Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data.
7. Deleting Your Account and Data
If you linked a Google account:
- Open Desyra, go to Settings, and tap Delete account.
- After you confirm with Google, we permanently delete your cloud progress and your account in Firebase Authentication.
- The App signs you out and starts a new anonymous account.
- Your Premium purchase is tied to your store account and is not affected. You can restore it with Restore purchases.
If you did not link an account, or cannot access the App:
- Email pairof2studio@gmail.com with the subject "Desyra data deletion".
- If you linked a Google account, include its email address.
- We will process your request within 30 days.
- Uninstalling the App removes all data stored on your device.
- Unlinked anonymous accounts contain only card progress and are not connected to your identity.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- confirm whether we process your data;
- access, correct, or delete it, or receive a copy (portability);
- learn who we share it with;
- withdraw your consent;
- object to certain processing.
You can change your advertising consent at any time in Settings > Privacy choices, where available. To exercise your other rights, contact us at the email below. If you are in Brazil, you may also file a complaint with the ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados).
9. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections. Access rules ensure each account can only read and write its own progress. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we use reasonable measures to protect your information.
10. Age Requirements and Children's Privacy
Desyra is intended for adults (18+) and contains suggestive content for couples. It is not directed at children or teenagers. Store age ratings vary by region, for example 14+ in Brazil (ClassInd) and PEGI 16 in Europe. These ratings are minimum classifications, not our intended audience.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its features, or its service providers change. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we may also notify you in the App.
